Support the local community with new sustainable tools to provide high quality education applicable to the improvement of people's lives and autonomy.

Natural disasters, pandemics, war, the absence of the state have worsened the already fragile economy and made millions of families in developing countries destitute. Entire populations are faced with serious challenges such as lack of food, medical care, education and life on the streets.

Nel mese di marzo 2023 inizierà il progetto "La responsabilità per il nostro futuro" che Ingegni.org, svolge in collaborazione con l'Associazione "i germogli onlus".
Il progetto ha come obiettivo l'individuazione di persone che possano crescere nel proprio lavoro ed essere trascinatori per tutto il gruppo. Indagare le motivazioni di ogni componente dei team per raggiungere obiettivi che siano condivisi e sostenibili. Il progetto viene realizzato insieme all associazione Onlus locale " Caij Cripam".
Il progetto si propone di riflettere con i componenti del team che lavora nell'orfanotrofio Cripam, e con gli educatori del progetto educativo per adolescenti e bambini Caij, sul ruolo e gli obiettivi delle opere sociali: essere un esempio di adulti che ispiri le nuove generazioni.
